Ten Days of Giving to Horizons
Lancer Sheer Fluid Sun Shield (SPF 30)
Lancer is back for the second year! For those who didn’t see this last year, I first visited Dr. Lancer on one of my LA trips. I went because my stylist has gone to him for years. Later, I’ve realized that nearly all of my LA-based friends go to him, and that comes as no surprise to me. He is really knowledgeable, generous, and creative, and his product line is collectively a staple in my skincare routine.
I hate wearing sunscreen, which I know is sacrilege and self-defeating, but it’s the truth. I feel like I always break out, or I am left with white residue on my face, and I had searched the Earth for a sunscreen I liked. Then, I started using Dr. Lancer’s, and my search was over. It’s the only sunscreen I use on my face, and it has been tested in some very high UV situations. I am not a doctor, so I won’t speak to the specifics of how it works, but I can say that I do not get sunburnt when I wear it, and I also don’t breakout when I wear it. Win-win!
So, I wanted to offer it to you guys this year. The sunscreen typically sells for $50, but this year we’re offering it to 100 of you for $40. I hope you love it as much as I do – and maybe it’ll be the solution to your non-acne-inducing sunscreen as well!
The first 100 donors who give $40 or more will receive a bottle of Lancer’s Sheer Fluid Sun Shield.
Three decades of dermatological practice—and daily interaction with patients—has made Dr. Harold Lancer the authority on radiant, youthful-looking skin. The man behind the legendary Lancer Glow, Dr. Harold Lancer, is the son of Austrian immigrants who grew up in a farmhouse located in a rural town in Connecticut. At the age of 7, he suffered severe burns over 10% of his body after falling into a vat of near boiling water. While the recovery process was painful and tedious, this experience greatly influenced his clear belief in restoration instead of alteration as the most effective way to obtain beautiful skin.
